We can exchange an item purchased from Muskywardrobe within 2 days(48hours) of the original purchase, provided they are in a resaleable and unused condition, along with the original price tags and the receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
The items are eligible for an exchange if there are size issues, manufacturing defects or a genuine reason.
Kindly keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via post, courier or brought to our physical store for a return or exchange.
